Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers about our programs, what to expect, and how we work.

Who are these programs designed for?
Savvient's programs are tailored for working adults, young professionals, and anyone looking to build clearer financial understanding. Program 01 is fully accessible to complete beginners. Programs 02 and 03 address more specific topics but are structured so that participants without a finance background can follow along comfortably.
Is this financial advice or investment guidance?
No. Savvient provides financial education — we explain how financial products, systems, and tools work. We do not provide personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or any service regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia's financial advisory framework. For personalised advice, we encourage you to consult a licensed financial planner.
Where and when are sessions held?
Sessions are held at our learning centre in Batu Pahat, Johor. We schedule programs to accommodate working participants, typically running sessions on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Exact schedules are confirmed upon enrollment. Some programs include supplementary video content you can access at your own pace.
How do I register for a program?
Send us an enquiry through the contact form below or call us directly at +60 7-4291 6583. We'll share upcoming intake dates, answer any questions you have, and confirm your enrollment once payment is received. We accept bank transfer and selected e-wallet options.
Do participants receive a completion certificate?
Participants who attend all sessions and complete the practical components of a program receive a Savvient certificate of completion. This is a record of your commitment to financial literacy — it is not a professional qualification or industry certification.
Is the content specific to Malaysia?
Yes. All three programs are developed with the Malaysian financial environment in mind. Program 02 covers local property regulations, loan products, and relevant statutory fees. Program 03 focuses on digital tools popular in Malaysia — including local e-wallets and BNM-licensed platforms. Examples throughout draw on Malaysian financial scenarios.
